Specialising in lifestyle changes and sports nutrition I can guide you towards taking the right steps regardless of your goal.

My approach is to transform your life by crating new habits, not eliminating them. I am helping people to change their lives by making small incremental and sustainable daily changes.

My personal goal is to give you the tools for you to use for the rest of your life in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle – eventually without my help. I will not give you meal plans and tell you what to eat and when to eat (although I can do that too!) but to provide you with guidance on how to make new habits around nutrition that fits your unique lifestyle and goal"
