Hello. Thank you for taking the time to look at what I do, and congratulations on taking an interest in your health and nutrition!

I am a qualified nutritionist and I work daily with different types of clients, some that wants to lose weight and some that wants to gain weight. Others just want to maintain their current weight but want to learn how to better balance their nutrition, optimise their performance in the gym or get more energised in their daily life. Some might struggle with their current relationship with food.

I grew up playing football and being curious about how to maximise my performance on the pitch with nutrition. My today’s obsessions include my two cats, CrossFit, beet roots and cinnamon rolls (not necessarily together).

My coaching approach around nutrition is that it should be simple. It is about creating sustainable healthy habits that can be sustained over a lifetime, not about making short term fixes. I have been a full time athlete and a full time office worker and I know what it is like to have a complicated relationship with food. And it doesn’t have to be complicated. There is not one way to eat that fits all – we are all unique and a nutrition plan must suit not only your lifestyle but also your taste buds. I also know that with the right support and methods everyone can achieve the goal that they want.
